Okay, well I am a little confused I had a gush of blood(dark red) on sat april 21, but then nothing not really even much spotting until that following Thurs. which I entered as cycle day 1. Is that right or should I go back and put it as that Friday before. I am getting so frustrated!! I don't think I am going to ovulate, I don't know when to expect my period, AHHHHHHH! I just want to get back to normal! This the first cycle following my first AF after my miscarriage in March. I got my AF almost exactly four weeks after my m/c, so I thought my cycles would be somewhat normal, which is about 30 days. Sorry for the long post, and thanks for letting me vent. What do you girls think?

I don't know about changing your cycle with that first little gush of blood...

But I just wanted to let you know that I know exactly how you feel! I had my first post m/c AF 5 weeks after my D&C. I was thinking I'd be right back on track as well, but then this cycle was 22 days long...too short...my luteal phase is too short, and I'm starting to get worried.

I just think maybe I'd have been better off if I never starting this charting stuff in the first place. I got pregnant both times before right away with no charting...just letting it happen, and now I'm starting to think I was doing it right, ignorance is bliss!

I'm hoping that maybe after a few cycles my body will regulate again. I have heard from a lot of women that m/c messes you up.

I'd leave it how you have it now too....getting AF after a m/c can sometimes be really screwed up!
