Do you girls think my temps are too low? Just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about ... Thanks!

I think I asked you before... or not... have you ever had your thyroid checked? I'm like the thyroid queen!

LOL Yeah, I think you have asked me that before. I've had it checked, but I have an appointment with the doctor to discuss the results once again. She said before that she doesn't feel she needs to prescribe anything at this time, but she still wanted me to come in to discuss it again because I told her I was concerned. Do you think that's why my temps are so low?

Yes and I think that's why you're not Oing. Look at my 1st chart, I was off my meds until CD33. That was the longest cycle in my life! After CD33 my temps regulated. Notice since then my lower temps have been higher. What were your levels again from the test? If it's even on the higher end of "normal", it may not be normal for you and would cause all kind of crap. Also I notice you deal with headaches and fatigue often. Those are #1 symptoms of hypothyroid. I'd get tested again if I were you and find out what your numbers were. If she still refuses to put you on meds, get a new dr hun. Go to this website and take this test... tell me what you get... http://thyroid.about.com

WOW! Thanks for posting that link. I think I need to see my doctor soon. I answered yes to almost all of those questions. And had no idea why I was having some of the problems I'm having. I didn't want to go to the doctor though, because I felt like I was starting to sound like a hypocondriac. (SP?) Definitely going to get that checked now.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your temps. I have always had temps in that same range...and actually, now my hubby and I are expecting. There may still be a thyroid problem or maybe a weight problem. I would definitely talk to the doctor and see if there is anything you can do naturally to help you ovulate before going on medication.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the advice ladies! I really appreciate it. I was starting to get worried ... And, thanks for posting that link too! I'm going to double check with my doctor about my thyroid and make sure that everything is okay and that I don't need to do something about it right now, such as medication. Thanks again!

I would get your thyroid checked to be on the safe side. I had really low temps when I first started charting when Leo was still exclusively breastfeeding. I am sure it was hormones so I think getting your thyroid checked wouldn't be a bad idea.
