Ok so this morning I woke at 7am to temp.
I first did it orally coming out with a 35 © degree temp, thinking that it wasnt right because I had a fan blowing on me all night and I tend to sleep with my mouth open at night I decided to temp vaginally as well. Now these 2 temps were literally taken in minutes of each other and the only movement was me bringing the temp from my mouth to my vagina (yes I remembered to clean it when I woke up)
Which temp should I use, Im thinking the vaginal one would be more accurate but I dont know.

Someone may correct me on this, but I think you are going to have to use the oral one. In order to use the vaginal one, you have to use it the entire cycle since it usually varies from an oral temp & will throw your chart off. (But vaginally is more likely to be stable than orally, so next cycle if you wanted to, I'd test vaginally that cycle)

Yes that's true.You cannot switch in the middle of your cycle. Vaginal temps are generally higherso it would def throw your chart off.
