Well, to try and answer your question,

, If you chart accurately (same time each morning and before getting out of bed) then if you O you should see a shift in temps and get crosshairs. Temping alone is not completely accurate for some, but with monitoring CM and I like to use opk's then you will know if you have O'd. kwim.
My doc wanted me to use opk's and temping to confirm O which I think is the norm for most docs. Good Luck hun, I hope you are Oing today!
