It is my first time use BBT since CD 1

Last Friday, Start AF which is start CD 1 i took bbt at 7 am it was 96.4 .. Saturday at 7 am it was 96.94 again.. today at 7 am it was 96.94 again.. so i decide retest at 9AM <--- 97.14 12 PM <---- 98.17 2PM <---- 98.63

3 days same temp at 7 am cuz i didnt sleep enought it hard time 4 me fell asleep while dh gone. make me feel not safe while he gone.. plus weather is so werid.. feel so cold at night i always turn off AC at night cuz will get cold at night. talked my dh online at 7 am to 8 15am.. went bed not sleep just want wait till 9 am re test bbt. i notice its change temp.

I went go bed at 9 am cuz i really have headache cyz didnt sleep enought.. got up at noon.. took bbt. i notice everything number is change


Can yall tell me what do and need your little help ? which number i should put in my chart

HI! Always use your first temp. it's fine that your temps are the same. Keep temping, you'll see them change. Good LUck!

thank yall!! i was worry first place cuz its my first time i was like why i have same temp since cd 1


In few days later or whatever it is if very low temp that mean I m or was O'd???? Right after AF
