Get a basal body thermometer like they said. Take you temperature every morning before you get out of bed at the same time. Use fertilityfriend or something similar to track your daily temperatures. By the end of the month fertilityfriend will have detected your approximate time of ovulation (the best time for bding). It detects a low temp followed by a temp rise of .2 or more. It is also recommended that you check your cervical mucous. Just wipe and observe, is it sticky, slimey, gooey, dry? You can track this in fertilityfriend also. This info will help you know BEFORE you ovulate when to bd where as your temperatures will tell you AFTER you have ovulated. Hope this helps a little. Other than my very simplistic explanation i would recommend taking the fertilityfriend charting course! Good luck!
