i'm lost and confused!

This is my first cycle temping...(TTC cycle 3....) i'm new to all this and am still trying to learn and understand my cycles. I have a chart on FF and FC (because of the free 30 day trial, i wanted to use the analysis and stuff)

well i've been temping every morning at 9 am give or take a mintue or two. And starting on the 20th I started OPKing with the cheapies....and the liine seemed to be dark, but it wasn't a positive jsut yet...then the following days when i would OPK test at the same time, the line seemed to get lighter. now looking at the FC chart that says I ovulated on the 21, kind of makes sense with the first OPK on the 20th.

Do you all think that I did already ovulate? being on the 21st like FC says? what are you thoughts on this? Thanks!

I can only see your FF friend chart, the other link doesn't take me to your chart. My guess is that you haven't o'd yet. You haven't recorded any fertile CM, so that's one big clue. Plus, I don't see that shift in your temps yet. I would keep using the opks for the next couple of days and keep bding! Good Luck!

i checked the link...hopefully that works for FC.

Okay! Now I see it! I'm not familiar w/ FC as I use FF myself. I really don't think you've o'd yet. I'm not sure why your other chart is showing you have...

gotcha. i don't understand why my darkest OPK line was on the 20th and now they are all getting lighter and lighter and one even barely had a line....

Hmmm.... I've used OPKs for 2 months now. Last month I used ClearBlueEasy and this month I'm using internet cheapies from saveontests.com. Last month, I had something similar happen-the line was almost positive, then it was much lighter and then BOOM, a definite positive. Like, no question about it at all. This month, my line has progressively gotten darker, but once I got the positive, there was no doubt.

I personally don't trust FC. Check out my charts. FC is already saying I O'd, it's been saying that since CD7, it just keeps moving it up a day as my temp goes up. I don't know how it's getting that. FF says I haven't O'd yet, which I agree with.
Can't help yah with the OPK's, I have yet to ever see a positive. Even last cycle, when I know I O'd cause I had a clear thermal shift, but never a postitive OPK.

I dont know what is up with FC but its been so wrong recently its not funny. You didnt O yet hun your temps went down not up. It looks like you tried to O but didnt, you may try again in a few days. Just keep Bding.

Just by looking at your temps I'd say no O, and I don't see any fertile cm either. Caution about the opks though, I love the first response opk's, I always get a clear positive. The dollar tree ones I never got a clear +, I got an almost + on the dollar tree and a clear + on the first response (with the same pp) so I only use first response now.

I don't think you O;d yet. You may have had a close to pos OPK because your body geared up to O but didn't. You might get a more pos OPK if you keep using them. Plus, you can O up to 72 hours after the LH surge.

I would keep bding and not trust the FC chart.

I have to agree with everyone else on this. I don't think you have O'd yet. You also might try using OPKs twice a day. What I have been doing now is once I get a faint line I test twice a day until I get my surge.

I agree that you haven't O'd yet. Make sure you're not drinking a couple hours before testing, and that you've held off going to the bathroom for a couple hours too. Keep BDing, and keeping testing. GOOD LUCK!
