Ok so my chart is all over the place. Mainly becausei haven't had a regular sleep schedule at all but i have temped every day at the same time. Sometimes its only with 3 hours though.
Yesterday though, i didn't go to sleep until 7:30am and woke up at noon. Does it matter the time of day or the amount of hours you are sleeping?

I'm confused

How much does your temp drop before you O ?

Everything I've read says that you should temp at the same time each day (set an alarm if you have to) and get at least 3 hours of sleep. Is that possible for you, or do you have a crazy schedule every day?

I temp every morning at 6:15-even on the weekend. I have insomnia, so some nights are pretty restless. Either that or I often have to get up around 4:00 and go the the br! But, I just check sleep deprived if any of those things happen to an extreme and FF gives me an open circle. I just make a note in my chart about the circumstances.

GL!

I read as long as you temp at the same time, some ppl it wont matter how much sleep they have while others it will. They do say to try to get at least 3 hours of sleep just to be safe.
