Ok this cycle I changed my temping method and I have to say what a huge difference it's making!! My temps are very level and instead of my thermometer beeping after about 2mins it beeps after about 30-45secs. I guess it's much more stable in there than under the tongue. I'm very excited to see how my temps go the rest of this cycle!!

It's way better for me too! You can see my old charts if you click on my blinkie. Skip the current one but look at my last, and then compare it with the two before that!

It really does make a difference for some people.

Yeah for steady temps! It's nice to have another vaginal temper on here for advice. I don't temp that way so I can't advise on it so glad to see you can!

i was thinking of starting to temp liek that this next cycle since i do not feel as i will O but i thought that maybe my temps looked to wierd so i might do it vaginal to compare i know my dh will kinda freak when i do it like that

I did it one cycle myself and found out for me it wasnt a big difference.

With as screwy as this cycle has been with my temps, we decided the other day that we were going to try temping vaginally next cycle too. I'm curious! The first few days I was going to try both at the same time just to see what they were looking like (for more science expiramentation, of course LOL)

You would need 2 thermometers! YUCK! That's a good idea though. Maybe I should try that.

I have thought about trying it, but I get up so early I can barely remember to take it orally...lol

LOL I bought a 2nd one the other day because I was getting frustrated with finding the battery (and of course, ended up getting one) I was going to take it back, but decided to keep it for back up in case mine died completely. Same brand and all. *shivers* yeah... don't think I could use it in both places, lol.

Yup that is how I was temping! It is soooo much more accurate than mouth temping!
