I switched it from 'light' to 'spotting'. I haven't really had anything else since earlier today and it has been only brownish, not bright red, just a little spot here or there of red. It looks more like the end of AF than the beginning. I am sure it is AF starting, but at least it gives me one more day of LP, which is still only 9 days.

I am going to try vitex this cycle and see if it works better. I *might mention this to my doc when I go on the next week. I have an appt for my wrist, but might be able to squeeze this in too. Actually, I want to get a referral to see an endocrinologist since I always feel like crap even though my TSH (thyroid) numbers are in the normal range.

With the vitex it can take up to 3 mos to work hun, with me it worked the second cycle I was on it.

I don't mind if it takes 3 months, at least I am doing something to help.

I had that brown cm spotting last cycle and I was so sure it was IB!!! No such luck.
I hope that the vitex work for you!!! GL!
