I'm pretty sure I had a yeast infection a few days ago (no odd discharge really, no smell) because I was really itchy and swollen. So, I used Monistat 3, which I HATE. It's such a mess and I always feel so yucky.

I gave up on trying to chart my CM for a few days as I was still "leaking" the Monistat. Just a few mins ago I felt wet, went to check thinking that it would be more of the gooey white medicine, but low and behold, it was TONS of EWCM!!

Do you think it's still accurate to judge it as fertile CM? Could it have been caused by the infection, or even the medication? What do you do when you have a yeast infection around O time? I told DH that I had an infection, and he still wanted to DTD! haha, gross. No thanks! I'm just glad we arent TTC this month, I would have been upset that I couldnt BD!

Are you sure it was a yeast infection? You can get other types of vaginitis that can cause you to be itchy without it being from a yeast infection.

I would say it is probably EWCM if that is what it looks like.

I am sure its ewcm by now hun because if you used the meds and it was a yeast infection it would be cleared up by now.
