so hey ladies i started vaginal temping today! its so true what you guys said...it does it so much faster...you dont need to sit there with the term in your had half asleep! does vaginal temping make the temps more accurate? hopefully it does!

Yes, vaginal temping is more accurate. I started doing it this month as well. G/L!

cool! whohoo well quick question...how do you clean your therm? whats the best way to do that im scared cleaning it might affect the therm.

I clean it with rubbing alcohol and then antibacterial soap. I don't soak it I just rub it on the entire tip with a cotton swap. I read that doing it orally is good but you may not put it at the same spot in your mouth each time. Personally, I find it easier. I hope this is our cycle!!!

Woohhhooo Jessy!! Welcome to the club! I'm sorry AF showed. I don't temp during AF... well b/c that's yucky. I find my temps to be a lot more stable when doing it vaginally. GL this cycle!
