so ladies i have noticed that my nipples are super tender and my boobs feel huge! also my nipples are darker what can be causing this?!

I get that way when I have AF hun.

o ok i wasnt sure that hasnt happend to me ever...i guess its b/c im off bcp now...i have a very heavy period now which sux i just want it to go away!!!! o btw thanks for the pic comment i love that pic also just wish i looked like that now! i look like that plus 40 freaking pounds!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully i will get back to that....ONE DAY!

I remember when I went off BC a/f was crazy heavy! My Mom told me it was like that before I went on BC (I couldn't remember).
