I started spotting a little this evening. If this is my period starting then I'm starting a few days early this month.

Below is the Cycle Length, Ovualtion Day, and Luteal Phase for my last few cycles (months of April, March, & Feb):

Cycle Length: 29, 30, 34
Ovualtion Day: 14, 16, 20
Luteal Phase: 15, 14, 14

This cycle looks like:

Cycle Length: 25 or 26 days
Ovualtion Day: 14
Luteal Phase: 11 or 12

This depends if the spotting turns into AF tonight or tomorrow. My question is the change in LP this month?? I don't know if it's normal or abnormal to go from 15-14 to 11-12?

Your LP can change 1-2 days every cycle hun.

Like Magan said, your lp can vary from 1-2 days. Honestly, looking at last month's chart, it looks to me like you actually o'd on cd16, rather than cd14, which would make your lp 13 days. This month's chart also shows to be 13 days. Since Feb/Mar charts both had a 14-day lp, your Apr/May charts were only off by 1 day.
