I set up at 6 o'clock in the morning take BBT.

Howevery Today I usually forget i got up at 6.. went back sleep..got up at 7:15 i forget about BBT.. so i did take BBT at 7:15... OOPS!!!!! Umm What can i do?/ Put 7:15 or 6:00??? I dont wanna FF SCREW UP AGAIN!!!

You'll need to put 7:15 and then check the box for sleep deprived.

It kinda happened to me yesterday too, I was close to 2 hours sleep so I figured I'd take it, and then my thermometer was moved by one of the cats & I couldn't find it.
