Last night was a bad night. I kicked DF out on to the couch because he snored so bad and I couldnt handle it, I felt incredibly sick to my stomach like I was going to throw up, Rylee was waking up allot last night because she had a cough, the dog was chewing stuff on the floor near my bed and after all that I couldnt get to sleep at times and this morning I woke up with the starts of a flu.
So the temp I took this morning was seriously low, below my coverline, it was 96.45 (coverline 96.91) but that temp was taken after only 45 minutes of sleep so I put it on my chart but discarded it. Is this the right thing to do or does it mean that I really didnt ovulate if It drops below the coverline?
Like I said the temp was taken after only 45 minutes of sleep so I didnt think I should use it at all.

Thats what I originally thought, but I thought you werent supposed to pay attention to a temp taken after very little sleep. Im not sure If I can trust it.

yeah, you did the right thing. only keep your temp if you got at least 3 1/2 hours of sleep. if it's less than that, it's not accurate. see what the temp in the morning brings
