How does it affect your chart? I slept like poo last night and certainly not 3 hours in a row. Right when I need to see if I am Oing too. (Think I might have missed my LH surge but not sure.)
I woke up to temp anyway and I got a temp within one minute, which never happens. I got 97.18. It usually takes 5 minutes or more.
So I took another temp immediately and got 97.82.

Which one should I put in my chart?

I always enter the first one, but make a note of the second one, and the circumstances. Ex. that you didn't sleep well, and that the 1st came up so fast that you didn't feel it was accurate. HTH

The first one.

The second temp might not be accurate because the thermometer might still be warm from the 2nd one.

Just make sure you are checking the sleep deprived box or making note of it in your notes section. It's a lot harder to interpret your chart (mine's a mess right now from it) but it can be done.

I agree with the others that you should enter the first one, but make a note of the second one.

Guess I'm the vote of dissent. I'd put the 2nd since you took it immediately after the first.

I honestly don't know what to tell you. I would use the second one if I thought the first was that wrong. But, the *rules say to use the first one.
