I *think* I'm O'ing right now.. before I started charting, I apparently wasn't O'ing when I thought I was at all (though we've been BD'ing every other day for a long time).. but I would always get REALLY sick for a few days other than my actual period. Apparently that's at O time, because I'm sick right now.. I mean REALLY sick, just like a period without bleeding. For the past few days, I have been so nauseous (and vomiting.. and absolutely no appetite whatsoever), constipated, bloated, really crampy, and overall feeling reallyyy yucky... like too yucky to actually be productive in any way. I never felt this way before my daughter for sure.. I was wondering how common it is and what it might mean (if anything).

I have painful/sick o's too. I get nauseous, have cramping, diarrhea, headaches, o pains, the works. It's horrible. I don't know if it's "normal" but you're not alone.
