WHAT DO O PAINS FEEL LIKE

so ladies i feel kinda wierd dont know what O pains feel like exactly im kinda crampy and have a pressure feeling in my uterus area. i went home today for lunch and happend to take my temps and it was at 99.1 what do your O pains feel like? i have taken some OPKs but it has not been + but they are getting darker everyday

With mine, when I get them, they are like a pinching on one side of your abdomen. Sometimes when it gets closer its like a AF cramp but only on one side.

ya i feel like an early stage of cramps or seomthing...im wondering if i did O or am Oing now and maybe i missed my surge...or if i should just not look towards that much to the OPKs since i have PCOS im confused! i have never had EWCM either so its hard i am just always watery

Mine are the like Magans. Dull throbbing type pains on one side, low. When I am very close to O it can be hard for me to walk sometimes.

so ladies i have been having funny i guess ill call them O pains and i have been taking OPKs this is the OPK from just a bit ago with the ones from yesterday and teh day before....tell me what you think is there i chance i might O?

The bottom test is from right now and the middle one yesterdya and the top from the day before..

I have pcos as well and in may I didn't even o and I had pos. OPK twice that cycle. I had to get progesterone shot to start my period and I was put on clomid and hcg shot. I would try to get a blood test about a week from now to see what your progesterone levels are. they can tell if you o'd. my levels in may where 0.8 at day 30. I think with pcos you have elevated lh during your whole cycle so it's hard to tell with the OPKs. I hope this helps. Oh BTW my o pains were so bad on clomid and I don't remember what o pains felt like unmedicated.

well the reason i have started taking the OPKs again was b/c my doc said that all my tests came back normal so im not sure if she thinks i have PCOS or not....so w/e i just started again...i hope that i do get a surge and i catch it i have also been trying to test the same time every day...is that the way is should be?

Ohhhhhh. That is great. In that case I would test tonight because you could surge tonight. I think the last test looks close to positive. GL oh and you would O 12 to 48 hours after the pos. test if you didn't know that already

so O pains occur before you actually O? or during your O? this is confusing!

You can get them before, or the day you O or even after you O.

I usually get o pains for several days before I actually o. Mine are a pretty sharp, like a stabbing pain or a sharp pinch.

I never really have EWCM. I'm usually just watery as well during my fertile period. But, I do assure you that watery apparently works just as well because I'm pregnant and we didn't do anything to help the CM along.
