For me, it is those nights that I stay out late. It doesn't happen very often but when I do, I don't take my temp the next morning. OR if I do take it, I compare it to my normal temps & then decide whether I am going to put it in my chart. I am lucky to not travel & have a pretty steady schedule so waking up at the right time every day isn't an issue.

Ok, what about you girls???

For me its trying to figure out what my chart is telling me. Kinda like Lassie... "Oh Timmy stuck in a well girl?" For me its... "Ohhhh not ovulating this month again girl?"

Waking up at the same time every morning is tough for me with a teething toddler. When I started this cycle, he was sleeping in until 7:30 a.m., and I'd get up at 7:00 a.m. But now, he is getting up at 4:30 a.m. FOR THE DAY , and I am just correcting those temps to read what they would be at 7 a.m.

For me it is if I actually get a good nights sleep. With 3 kids you never really know when you will go to bed or if you will stay in bed all night. SO some nights I get a full nights sleep and other nights I get up several times for one reason or another.

Trying to get 3 hours of straight sleep without being woken up. I get it a little more lately, but later in the morning after everyone's had their early breakfast, but then it's at a different time so I still get an open circle. Darned either way!
