Yep, me again! Just curious if you ladies also chart CP, CM, &/or use OPKs to help you figure out when you are going to O. I know that I use to check CP & use OPKs but now that the metformin has me Oing pretty much on the same CD every month, I go by CM (it finally has gotten back to normal) & temps. What about you girls?

I check my cm. I hate OPKs lol so I only bother with them some months, I always seem to miss my surge.

I only check my CM and obviously record my temps

I try to check CP & CM but don't always. I don't use OPKs because I think that would stress me out too much.

I dont do OPKs anymore, because I know my body well enough. I check cm and cp.
