Today, I took my temp at 4:30 am (thinking it was 7am, when I usually take it) and then went back to sleep. Now I need to make a decision. It was 96.41, a dip from yesterday, which would lead me to believe that I still have not O'ed (although I think my body tried twice).. but, if I correct it, it's 96.91.. which would be much higher then yesterday, and I may be O'ing. I know that supposedly your temp can raise .2/hr, but the frustrating part is CAN. What if it didn't, kwim?

Ugh, I wish I didn't think it was 7am when it wasn't. I guess I'll have to wait to see what tomorrow's is at the right time.

Ugh, I know exactly what you mean! Sunday morning I forgot to set my alarm for 5:45 which is usually the time I take it and woke up at 7:30 to Kieron crying so first instinct was to jump out of bed, then I remembered that I didn't temp and I layed back down real quick and temped. I just recorded it like it was and noted the time difference. Hopefully all of that didn't mess it up too much! I was so mad at myself!

Best thing is to use the second temp, if you didnt get up or anything you got almost 3 hours of sleep hun. I would use the second temp.

The second one was not my temp though, it's what came up when I put my 4:30am temp in the 'temperature corrector' calculator.

Oh lol sorry, I dont use temp corrector because I have noticed a lot dont go by the "rules" when it comes to doing it. I would put the time you temped in and just put the temp in, it will be open circle hun. You maybe oing today who knows!

What I would do, is make note of both temps in my notes. If the original temp looks out of place, you could always add in the adjusted temp in a few days after you see what your temp pattern is looking like.

I'd have to adjust almost all my temps this month if I corrected, LOL.
