if you have a very slow temp rise? my temp went up today again but first off i didnt sleep well at all last nite and it only went up a bit...you can stalk my chart and let me know just wondering. i have a tad bit of watery/creamy cm

thanks well i hope it is but i already have accpeted the fact that maybe i might have to tak ethe meds...i have been getting cramps off and on today...and some mild pains on my right side so i dont know what i can be...just hope for whatever is meant to be

I usually get a slow rise as well. Like .2 degrees, so don't count yourself out yet. YOur cramps could be from Oing! Good Luck!
