I should have already had Af but instead all I have had is spotting for the last six days. I have taken a test and it is negative. Since this cycle is already screwy could I be able to catch ovulatuion if by some freak chance it occurs late ( I thought that I ovulated on the 22 )

It will be very hard to analyze a chart that you start late, but it can help get you used to the routine for the next cycle. If it were me, I would probably start it now....just to get used to temping before my next cycle starts.
