I am pretty sure I O'ed yesterday, I had a lot of CM and it even had some stretch to it, plus I had a big temp spike this morning. I have been taking EPO capsules three times a day, but I haven't taken any today. If my temp doesn't rise again tomorrow morning should I resume taking them? Did I stop taking them in time?

I think you may have stopped in time, I wouldn't resume it. Even if you don't O until tomorrow, you still have a good doseage in for the month and it should have worked.

I was told to stop it once I knew I ovulated for sure.
