I just bought it at Target.

The first month I used 1000 mg each day (1 pill) up until I thought I O'd (afterwards it is bad to take it) Then I tried 3000 mg (3 pills) but I stopped this last month.

I think I am going to try it again this cycle, still deciding. I don't think you can take it if you take Vitex though, they cancel each other out.

The grocery store (HyVee) that I go to sells vitamins and herbs and such. That's where I got mine. I'm only taking 1000 mg. Mine came in 500mg gel caps. I don't know how well it works though. I've only been taking it for a few days, so I'll have to let you know. lol

i ll stop by wal mart...walgreen...rite aid.. some drug store see if they have one.
