How do you know when to chart a day as spotting and when to call it AF and start again with CD 1?
I am having some spotting (or what I would call spotting) but I don't know how much blood there needs to be for me to call it CD1.

I think I am out for this month because it looks like it is too much for IB.

Freaking out a little bit because if today is CD 1, that means I only had a 9 day luteal phase and I have NEVER had one that short. I started taking B6 which is supposed to lengthen your LP so I don't know what is going on!

Anytime you need a pad or tampon, that is flow. On days that I just need a thin panty liner, I call that spotting. HTH
