OK so I am on vacation in Sydney, Australia......

obviously I changed timezones......

my temps are so high its not funny.... what should I do???

Im almost certain that its because I have changed timezones.... I usualy temp at 7am when im in CA, so I have been temping at 7am Sydney time... but the thing is when its 7am sydney time it is 2pm CA time... do you think this is what is making my temps so high? its also winter here so its cold and I have been wearing differnt pajamas... my sydney temps are cd6 onwards...

Do you think I should just not bother temping until I get back which will be the 21st July.... or should I go to bed and sleep for 3 hrs and then temp around morning time in CA?? like say I go to bed at 10pm here should I temp at 1 am which would be 8am CA time???

I wish I could help you more, but I honestly have no idea what to tell you. If it were me, I would probably not worry about temping while on vacation. Just relax and enjoy yourself. You can temp when you get back home.
