Start OPK's today? I usually O around CD 16-18 (the average for the past 11 cycles is CD17), but last cycle I O'd early on CD 14. I used to O on CD 14-15 before my thyroid got messed up.

So I was htinking today or tomorrow just in case I O early again, but I don't want to be taking them forever if I O late. SIgh. What would you do? And what brand is best?

If it were me, I would probably start using them on CD 10 or 12. I can't tell you which brand is better though, because I have never used OPK's. I tend to save my money for HPT's. lol Sorry I couldn't help more. I'm sure someone else can tell you which brand to get.

I think if it were me, I would start using them early just incase. I know how it feels to feel like you are using them all the time! My af's are irregular, so it's hard to pinpoint when I should start using them. Best of luck hun!

Well, I never made it to the store, so I will get some today and start when I get home from work.Oh, and I will buy whatever brand they sell at the BX, so I don't think I will have much choice.

I agree with everyone else It's probably a good idea to go ahead and use them so that you don't miss your surge. I've only used the Answer brand but have been pretty happy with them.
