ok ladies so i put in my temps for today and FF gave me dotted CH's and 5 dpo now since i obssess so much i decided to play with FF and put in more temps ...when i put in my temp for tomorrow it changes my O date! It says i Oed on CD 33 rather than CD 29 which is a big difference. also if i take away that random OPK i got on CD32 it takes away my CH's ! so i dont know what date to believe...do you think i Oed on CD29 or CD 33...im asking b/c FF is going to change it i just know it! but my temps were at their lowest on CD29 HELP!!!!!!

If you did O on CD 29 you could be having a fallback rise which explains the dip on CD 33. If FF changes your O date to CD 33 it's because of that + OPK on CD 32 combined with the fertile CM that day. As much as you are going to hate to hear it......we're just going to have to wait it out a few days to know which day is correct. Judging by your CM though, I'd say CD 33 is right.

As frustrating as it is, I think CD 33 is right.

What you are describing sounds to me as if it were Watery CM. Creamy I usually think of as a little thicker.....like hand lotion. HTH

Hi Jessy, the CM in a normal cycle should look like this, but there are some variations because not all women fit into the perfect stereotype.
1. It starts with AF bleeding.
2. Dry
3. Sticky/gummy "whitish"
4. Creamy (smooth like hand-lotion)
5. Fertile: Egg-white slippery, very stretchy
6. Dry or sticky/gummy "yellowish"
7. Watery (clear, does not have color, absorbs mostly into panty-liner)
Sometimes in cases where there is no EWCM, watery CM is considered fertile CM. Especially in PCOS cases, the hormonal imbalance can cause the CM to go wonky, kwim? I notice in your chart that you don't have EWCM, is that normal for you? This month, your period is 13 days long, compared to other months which are shorter around 4-6 days. Are you on any medications or doing anything different this month which could have made your periods longer? If you chart your temp during AF, it would provide more information about yout BBT. Keep charting, I hope your temp will go up and become triphasic.

Hey elaine no i didnt chart during AF since im charting vaginally...no i have never had EWCM only veryy watery like almost all the time watery. the only thing that i dont get is that isnt FF suppose to mark a thermal shift? how come it would mark on cd33 the shift is has big as cd29 ? thats the confusing part i guess to me. i have been having mild cramps and a bit nauseas here and there...and my nipples are hurting more than ever! all i can say is that i hope these are good signs. im stressing this cycle so much b/c if things dont work out in the next few days i have to take provera and clomid so im scared i dont want to be pregnant or have a possiblity and screw things up with meds! my doc told me to take it on cd35! im hopeing that i Oed late b/c of my long AF..i just need answers! ahhh yes very frustrating! i put my chart on another program and it marks my O date on CD30 so lets see whos right in the long run!

Charting software uses the basic formula of having three temps above the past 6 temps. FF is a little lenitent on this sometimes, which is why women will get CH and then they move forward a few days. If you take an actual charting course they will teach you to mark O as the day after three temps .2 higher than the previous 6 temps. So in order to have O'd on CD 29 you would have to have three temps above 97.8, or at least 98. But, because FF is lenient it gives them to you sooner. Now if CD 33 was your O day than the temps would have to be above 98.1, so at least 98.3.

Since you are mentioning some symptoms, sucj as nausea and nipple soreness, I would say you O'd recently. These can be caused by the rise in progesterone after you O.

I have to agree that we will need to see what happens with you temps over the next few days to know for sure. But, I do think you O'd.

ALso, for you I would count the clear watery CM as fertile. If you have a lot of it and it feels slippery when you wipe it is fertile.
