How much is normal? i dont notice any... but i dont usually stop and check with my fingers....
does everyone notice the EWCM without touching down there??
Or do you notice it just while you walk? If so I think i have been as dry as a bone and i am on CD16...

He sperm should not change your CM. I pay attentnion to what I am feeling when I walk. I also check with my finger right before I pee, and when I wipe I check the paper. If you are having fertile CM, even if it isn't noticable when you wipe, you should have a wetter sensation when you walk. Or even notice wet spots in yor underwear.

When I am having EWCM, it feels like the toilet paper slides so fast. I've often joked that if Dean hears my elbow hit the wall while wiping, meet me in the bedroom. lol On the cycles where I am having a lot of EWCM, I can feel it while I walk. It almost feels like a runny nose. TMI I know.
Sperm can sometimes look like eggwhite cm. If you're not sure, get a glass of water and put whatever fluid you have in the cup. Sperm will disolve, EWCM will form a ball and sink.
To get more cervical fluid, make sure you drink lots of water. I hear that green tea and grapefruit juice really make a difference too. Good luck!
