Well, I thought for sure I was O'ing yesterday, but today's temp didn't do much for me....so now I'm questioning if the Clomid worked this cycle

What do you think?

You may have O'd yesterday with a slow rise. Or you may be Oing today, BD just in case. Sometimes you dry up a little and then O. It happens to me a lot, as does the delay between the pos OPK.

Definitely BD tonight just to be safe. It's very possible that you did O and are just having a slow rise. Not everyone gets a huge jump, and it doesn't neccesarily happen even every month. Good luck!
