There is the first level of temps pre O of course
then the second level of temps post O
and the third level of temps begining on CD17........

what I read says the second therml shift usually happens around 7 - 10 days after ovulation and mine is only at 4 days after ovulation.........................????

If it were my chart and I was relying on strict rule for O day I would say you O'd on CD 16 and not 13.

I think the temp rise was to early for it to be considered triphasic. I think you have to have another rise after 7 dpo
