Hi Ladies,

I normally take my temp at 6am. But I totally slept threw it this morning. So I got up 8:30am. My temp was 97.4
Do I just discared that temp or is there away to get it to the temp it would have been at 6am?

I'd go ahead and use the 97.4 in your chart, just make note of the different time in your notes, of course.

One temp won't throw your chart off really, if towards the end of your cycle it looks really weird in there, you can always remove it (but I wouldn't, really)

You could use FF's chart adjuster, but every person varies, so it may mess up your chart even more than the temp you already have could.

I usually just enter the temp and make a note of when I actually took the temp. If you look at my chart right now you'll see two or three days of open circles for just that reason.

Where can I find the chart adjuster?

I added it but it makes my chart look outta wack. I am normally in the 96 range.

On the left side bar, go to data, then temperature corrector.
