I usually post in TTC #1 but I thought I would get some opinions from you girls here too. I never make it through the night without waking up a few times and especially when I know my temp is important I can never just roll over and go back to sleep. Yesterday morning I woke up around 230a and knew I would just toss and turn so I took my temp. I slept for 2 hours and woke up at 500 (my usual temp time is 430) so I adjusted both of them and they came to within .02 of each other so I figured it was pretty accurate. Last night I woke up at 230 again and decided to do the same thing. It was 96.78 at 230 and at 430 (only after an hour of sleep because I was awake until almost 330) it was only 96.47...clearly showing I did not O which I am sure I did. So would you only adjust the 230 one which gives me 97.18 (looks better to me!) or keep the 430 one since that is my normal time but only after 1 hour of sleep and it is really low??? OR..if I put them both into the adjuster it gives me 96.83 which is ok but won't give me crosshairs for tomorrow...I think I am 2 DPO...maybe 1 DPO...What would you do??

It seems to me that the best course of action would be to use hte 230 temp consistently. It seems like you wake up everyday at 230, so using that temp would be most accurate. Adjusting your temp everyday will make your chart very inaccurate.I just looked at your charts again, and I really think that on the two previous ones you O'd a day ;ater than FF is sayg, so the lowere temp may actaully be correct for today.
