Yes. Born and raised within 30 minutes of here his whole life!

What do you like most about your state?

I love the laid back, slow paced, good morals and respect that you find in the heartland. It shocked me after growing up around the fast paced, look out for #1, forget about everyone else attitudes on the east coast.

I also love the fact that I am so close to a university who's students come from such diverse backgrounds. In the 18 months I've lived here, I have met people from nearly all 50 states, Mexico, Canada, The Netherlands, Australia, Phillipines, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgeria, Mozambique, Kosovo/Kosova, Argentina, Japan, Dominican Republic, Guam, and India! How cool is that!

How big is the town/city in which you live

The internet says that there is a population of 2400 or so. I really think that those are the numbers for during school sessions though. During the summer the numbers are much less. We get about 1500 students coming in from all over the world for the University every year.
