...still had high temps and AF shows? Well, that's what happened to me. Is that normal? I temp at the same exact time every morning. Do you think it's just my body adjusting to no hormones since this is my first month off BCP? I just now went to the restroom and AF showed!

Sorry the witch showed. Some ladies find that there temp doesn't drop until a day or so after AF shows up. That might be the case with you.

I am very curious of that this month too!! I hope the girls hear give you some good info.

My temps stayed high this AF too.... Actually it came a day early (not totally odd for me) but it came very heavy off the start and was a very bright red color instead of a usuall dark burgandy red. I have never had that before and it only lasted 2 days and has been spotting brownish since then?? Not sure what that was all about!!

I can't seem to find much info on the internet about it!

Sometimes that will happen to me. The worst has to be when your temp dips the day before and then goes up and then AF shows anyway......urgh!

That happened to me a lot... my temp would actually go up on the day AF would show. It was very confusing.
