Hi there ladies! I'm very new to charting (this is my first month) and have a question about EWCM. I am on CD 10 and when I checked my CM this morning, it was white, so I figured I would mark "creamy" on my chart. However, I noticed that it was stretchy. I was able to stretch it over an inch. Is this EWCM? Would it be too early in my cycle? My temps have been very steady and havn't gone up or down in the past week....

Thanks...

I was told EWCM has to be clear but someone else told me that it didnt need to be clear. I always get that before it turns clear. Creamy is like conditioner so I would mark it EWCM hun. As long as it stretches its ewcm. Its not too early hun I usually get it around CD10-11 myself and dont O until CD19.

I would mark it as EWCM too. I always look away from the CM when I first feel it to see if it's sticky, wet or lubricative. Then I look at it. Hope that helps!

It is definately EW. It is starting to transition from cloudy. It usually means you have not O'd, but are getting ready to. I sometimes get this for a few days, sometimes up to 5 before I get 'real' EWCM.
