The middle of my cycle, my (I think) left ovary has a dull ache every so often... I have no idea what is going on? I just had a pap test and everything came out normal... do you think that would have picked anything wrong up, or should i go back to the dr?

I have gotten my self worked up the last 2 cycles thinking i was pregnant, but i really dont think it is a symptom....

It could also mean you may be approaching ovulation.

oops.... i also meant to say that it lasts right till i start AF again...
starts the middle of cycle and ends till i start....?
