So this is my first month temping so i figure that this month is all about learning. I monitor my cm and cp and figured when those where looking like O was close i would temp better just to watch. Well I got what i am hoping are O pains this moring.( woke up to them) and jumped on my Dh. Well after i realized I did not temp. Well i took it anyways and figured that if it is the same as the others after i moved around then it probably should have been lower. well it was the same so i am wondering if it should have dipped. Is this going to effect my charts? Help! i know im confusing

It's hard to tell if you haven't been temping on a regular basis. But general rule about the temps, they say that your temp is suppose to have dipped down on the day of O, then if you did indeed ovulate...your temps are suppose to rise up to atleast 3degrees.

You should take your temp every day at the same time BEFORE moving hun.
