I am finally able to understand the least about charting, got my BBT about 4 days ago, and started where I was...just that I have a few questions here:
1. My cycle is too long I am on CD 35, should I just start a fresh one though without AF?
2. This business of Eggwhite, Waterly and Creamy CM. What do they mean my EGGWHITE? I had to break an egg to ensure I am not getting off, but my eggs are usually clear color, with a yellow york. I have been finding it very hard to enter this part, because most are the times I get whitish CM, and at times clearly waterly in color. The whitish one at times is pretty thick and at times drops as one lump... WHICH IS WHICH PLEASE...I had some yesterday and day before, but not sure what they mean by EGG WHITE? UNless COOKED EGGWHITE...not trying ot be funny...

3. How do you take your temps. Mine is under the tongue...

1. I would just continue temping and charting, no sense in starting over IMO.
2. Don't just go by color, it's consistency as well. Eggwhite is more stretchy than sticky. If it will stretch between your thumb and finger and is whitish/clear/I think it could even be a bit yellowish then it's EWCM. If it doesn't stretch and is almost like lotion then it's creamy.
3. I take mine underneath my tongue too.

Thanks! Not sure if i am going too far but I think I am now getting confused...how about what you think these are (in my understanding):

Clear that makes you feel wet instant is ...
whitish that forms a lump or rather it wont part but falls as one thing is...
whitish that is more than the above, but is will break or it is not so much intact with itself is...

Among the three, which come during O?

I would keep temping just to get the hang of it, also someone posted a post in the ttc board that showed cm. If I can find it I will give you the link I am sure it will help you!

I hope I get this, but

Clear that makes you feel wet instant is ... I would label as wet (comes during your fertile time)
whitish that forms a lump or rather it wont part but falls as one thing is... I would label as sticky
whitish that is more than the above, but is will break or it is not so much intact with itself is... I think I would label as creamy (that is IF it doesn't stretch)

For me, if its clear and stretchs its ewcm. It looks just like the whites in an egg, now if its whitish but still stretchs that means your getting ready to O and will change over to ewcm. Creamy is like conditioner to me, sticky cant help dont get that LOL!
