HI, I'm new! I haven't charted for three and a half years, approx, and am charting this month to get back in to the swing of things.

My memory is that when I used to chart, my post O temps were always high, between 98.2 and 98.9. Monday morning my temp was 98., up from 97.5 the previous day. Yesterday they were 98.3, today 98.1 My coverline is 97.9

I know I ovulated for sure. I always get left side O pain, my EWCM is completely gone, and the temp took a jump.

My question is this~ do these low post-O temps mean I am having a cycle with a 'weak' egg, or something that didn't go properly?

We did bd this month, but not close enough to O to hold out much hope for a baby, but I'm curious about the range they are in.

Hi and welcome!!! I'm Tiffany and I've only been charting just over a month. I don't think that it means you have a weak egg or anything. I think temps are just different with everyone. Just judging by my temps they will go up and down everyday and I think you are fine as long as it's above the coverline. Do you have an online chart that we could look at?

Thanks! I don't have an online chart. I should probably monkey around and try to figure out how to post one...

I guess I'll just wait and see if any of my post-O temps dip down below the coverline.

Nah, it doesn't mean you are having a cycle with a weak egg or anything like that.

Since this is your first cycle back, it'll look different with the amount of time that has passed. (that aging thing lol) plus it could be something so simple as the weather change messing with it, windows open/closed, weight gain/loss etc. You'll just have to pretend you never charted before and see where it goes for a couple of cycles (unless of course, you get your BFP this cycle!)

AGING?! Who's aging? HA HA HA HA HA HA......

No, actually, my temp was way up this AM...98.7, but I am only four days past ovulation, so we'll see. I even had to look up how to draw the coverline; couldn't remember, ack.
