Well I woke up for no reason this morning at 4. I always temp around 6. so I went back to sleep, when I did temp at 6 my temp was low. I am 100% positive I O'ed two days ago and putting in the low temp I think would throw off FF for cross hairs.
Would waking up at 4 and then temping at 6 make my temperature wrong? I discarded today's on FF, cause I thought I read you need at least 3-4 hours of undisturbed sleep to get an accurate temperature.
Did I do the right thing? Any opinions would be great!

If you went right back to sleep you should be fine hun. You can always put it in and mark sleep deprived through, I got up at 4 and didnt get back to sleep until 530 and temped at 7, I marked it sleep deprived.

Thanks Magan. I did put it in and marked sleep deprived. I entered a "fake" higher temp for tomorrow (hopefully) and it did give me CH's! So here's hoping I get a higher temp tomorrow!

I did the same thing this morning. My temp was really low but I'm not even sure if I was awake enough to take it properly. lol

I just put the first temp in my notes section for reference if I need it.

Well, I wake up at least a couple of times before I temp at 5:45 every morning. I still temp and record it. If I didn't I would never be able to temp at the same time. I just figured it was alright since I don't actually get out of bed and I pretty much go right back to sleep. So, I am hoping what you did is fine or else I'm SOL!

If you wake up and go back to sleep your fine ladies. Now if you get up or stay awake for a while then it will be off.

I would enter it as well. Every where I have read always says that it is better to enter a temp that my be off but always note why you thought it might be off. I am sure you will be fine since you did go back to sleep for atleast an hour.
