I try so hard to interpret the FF charts but am having a hard time. All of the lines are hard to read and I have no idea where the coverline/ovulation is.

I really want to be able to give more advice since I have been charting for 2.5 years. I just am worried that I will interpret it all wrong.

Anyone care to give me a quick lesson?

Thank you!

Do most people here use FF because it's free?

FF is popular but there are several out there that are free. I also use Fertilitycharting.com its free as well, but I pay for it.

I looked at all the different sites out there. Free and the not free ones. I settled on FF because I understood it a lot better. Take the lesson that FF offers and it should pretty much answer any questions you have. Here is the link for you to make it easier to find: FF Lesson

I use FF because it is free and it is the first one I found years ago when I first started doing online charting. Personally, I don;t like it much. It is often wrong, it uses other womens cycles to predict what will happen in yours and it will change CH a lot.

I plan on buying ovusoft if I am not pregnant. And maybe even if I am because I can use the software after I have the baby to chart to TTA.

For FF when you see the red lines, across and dwon, the down line is O day and the across is the CL. FF uses its own version of interpretation and the CL is usually higher than I would put it.

Another thing I have discovered is that farenheit charts look WAY different then C. So that may be a part of your diffuculty. The last thing that you may find confusing on FF charts, is that a lot of women use thermometers that measure to the hundreths, so FF will put the temp in between the marks, lik 98.98 will be inbetween 98.9 and 99.0, I personally get frustrated with it. Especially when someone has a chart that they are not sure if they agree with FF. I find myself rounding the numbers up or down in my head to see the pattern better.
