My pre AF headache is starting up, my temp dropped, boo

Yup, I was right AF started. Onto cycle 14....sigh

Your overlay chart shows clear biphasic patterns, so good news is that you're definitely ovulating. Hoping that cycle 14 will be a charm, I'll be rooting for ya! Treat yourself to something nice during AF days.

Me: Elaine (36)
DH: Richie (35)
TTC #1: 5 years (with PCOS, reoccurring fibroids, endometriosis, fluid in uterine cavity)
TTC history: 3 surgeries - myomectomy ('04), laparoscopy ('06), hysteroscopy ('07). 8 cycles of clomid/serophene, puregon; 2 cycles of IUI; 1 cycle of IVF, 1 more frozen emby for FET. Currently taking a break from western medicine and going for weekly acupuncture treatment and taking Chinese herbs. Praying for a miracle baby.

Elaine, I do O, which is good. I have hypothyroid though and my LP is a little short. I have Vitex to try and B-6, but I am not sure if Vitex is safe to take with synthroid.

I am hoping that since they increased my dosage on the thyroid meds, that it will help me get pregnant. Iread a story about a woman that was trying for months and finally got pregnant when they got her TSH levels lower.
