can some explain temp charting in a nut shell? What I am looking for to indicate O-ing? I have never PLANNED a pregnancy. I am super excited about it though this round! Just looking for a wealth of info to get me started.

First I want to welcome you to the charting board. I'm Stephanie....one of your co-hosts here. The best advise I can give you is to go to Fertility Friend, set up a chart there and take their charting course.

You will want to check your CM, and temp every morning, at the same time, before talking, or getting out of bed. You can pick up a BBT at WalMart, WalGreens or just about any pharmacy.
