I check my cm and cp along with using opks. I usually go by my cp more then anything.

I just check my cm, I don't bother with my cervix. Some cycles I use OPKs, most of the time I think they are a waste for me... stupid things! *grumbles* lol

I always check CM. Recently, I have started checking my CP more consistently. Last cycle I used OPKs for the first time. I am going to use them again this cycle. I just need to get DH to BD more.....urgh.
