Do you find that charting stresses you more or makes you feel better knowing what going on?

I think it stresses me a bit. After I m/c and got off the pill 2 cycles ago my period has been so messed up. My temp says I ovulated but 3 weeks later no AF and no BFP. No clue whats going on. At least I have a dr. Apt on thursday. Maybe he can shead some light on things.

Stress me in the 2ww, but before that it has helped a lot when I didnt know when I was going to O.

It stresses me until I O but right now I would be freaking out as AF should be here and I would be hoping for my BFP, but Since I may not have even O'ed yet I am not hoping for a BFP.

It makes me feel better. I was concerned with whether or not I "o" last month. This is my first month charting and I love it. Something else to obsess over.
