I have to vent. Hope you girls don't mind. Here goes:

My cycle is so messed up I am wondering if it is ever going to get back on track. I was on the pill to prevent pregnancy for about 2 years. I had my 3rd m/c while on the pill April of this year. That was the last m/c I was going to allow myself to have thanks to the pill. So I quit taking the pill. So not only did my body have to recover from being on synthetic hormones it also had to recover from a m/c. The only Period I have had since the M/C was June 17th. I have not seen AF since then. In May I started taking Chantix (a quit smoking pill that you take for 3-6 months). Yesterday I found out that not only can quitting smoking mess up your cycle while your body detoxes your system but Chantix messes up your Cycle as well. So that is 4 things that has messed up my cycle.

1. Birth Control Pill
2. M/C
3. Quitting smoking
4. Chantix

Who knows how long it will take for me to get my body back working like clock work like it used to. Thankfully I was successful with using Chantix and I have been smoke-free for almost 2 1/2 months but I also quit taking Chantix a week ago. I just want my 32 day cycles back. I miss working like clockwork and knowing exactly when AF was due. I have never hated my body so much. GRRRRRR!

Even thought FF says I ovulated I am going to assume that I have not. Maybe the temp shift was an error. I did have to change thermometers around the same time because my kids broke my original one. Maybe that is the reason for the change in temps. I think charting makes me stress more because before charting I didn't know how messed up my body was. Now that I know I hate it. I will continue to chart so that maybe slowly I can watch my body get back on track.

I feel a little better, now thanks!

I hope things get back on track for you.
