Today I have really thick Yellow CM and A lot of it. IS this normal, I don't remember anything like this in a LONG time. Also this is the first time in months that I haven't started spotting around this time !

I usually get it right before I O or after I O.

I get that as my CM transitions to fertile CM. I also get it right before AF starts.
